1. Seller

2. Products and Prices

Products are described on each individual product page. Prices shown include VAT where applicable and are displayed in euros. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Stock levels may vary. If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Order and Payment

An order is considered placed once you receive a confirmation email. Payment is processed securely through an external payment gateway; we do not store full card details.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped via external courier services contracted by Can Robira.

• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days to mainland Spain.
• For deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, please contact us before placing your order.
• Orders containing wine are only delivered to persons of legal age.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to withdraw from your order without giving any reason, except for perishable or personalised products. To exercise this right, please write to us at info@canrobira.com.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product in good condition.

6. Warranty and Claims

Products are covered by the applicable statutory warranty. In the event of a defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Dispute Resolution

For any complaint, you may use the European online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ or contact the courts in the consumer's place of residence.
