The route
A selection of family-friendly trails on Montserrat, tested with children: the Camí dels Degotalls (1.6 km, flat and shaded), the path to the Santa Cova (1.5 km with stairs), the Sant Miquel viewpoint (1 km), the Pla de les Taràntules and the walk to the Creu de Sant Miquel. All start at the monastery or its car park and can be done in less than 90 minutes return.

From Can Robira, 25 minutes by car to the monastery car park (paid). Alternative: park below and take the rack railway from Monistrol-Vila.
